Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

Please check for any damage to the product as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping or if there is an error in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will repair or replace the item at our expense. If repair is not possible, or if the item cannot be exchanged because it is a sold-out, discontinued, or limited edition item, please return the item at our expense, and we will refund the product price and bank transfer fee. All products handled in our store have passed the quality standards of the manufacturer and the inspection standards of the authorized distributor in Japan. We understand that minor scratches, grazes, dents, black spots, etc. that occur unavoidably during manufacturing are also considered good quality items.
