Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of orders is generally not accepted except in cases where we are unable to deliver the product within the notified delivery time due to our own reasons.
Returns and Exchanges
Although we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, we will accept returns or exchanges at our expense in the event of any of the following accidents during shipping
- If the product is damaged or stained
- If an item is delivered that is different from the one ordered.
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any of the above reasons, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will then contact you by e-mail or phone at the address you provided when you placed your order. In this case, please keep the product in the same condition as it was packed at the time of delivery. However, if we are unable to exchange an item because it is sold out, discontinued, or limited edition, we will refund the product price and shipping costs.

Precautions
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases
- Merchandise that has been in the shop for more than 8 days after arrival
- Merchandise that has been used by the customer
- Products that have been damaged or defaced by the customer
- Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer
- Products with damaged, defaced, or missing accessories such as boxes, tags, and instruction manuals
All of the products we handle have passed the quality standards of the manufacturer and the inspection standards of the authorized distributor in Japan. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.
