The estimated delivery time from the completion of order payment to the date of delivery is as follows.

Within Japan: Normally, approximately 2 to 9 days after placing an order.
Outside Japan: Varies depending on your location and the service of the delivery company in your area.

Domestic: ¥800 (flat rate nationwide)

For other remote islands and remote areas, please inquire separately from CONTACT page.
All prices and delivery charges include consumption tax.
For deliveries to areas where relay fees are required, we will ask you to pay the delivery fee including the relay fee.
We do not accept delivery date and time requests.

Overseas delivery: Depends on the delivery area.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the shipping address specified.
Certain international orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes.

When orders are concentrated, or when there are consecutive holidays due to weekends, national holidays, or our company holidays, or during or around periods of high shipping or other workloads of manufacturers or suppliers, it may take longer than usual for delivery.
It may take longer than usual to deliver to Hokkaido, Tohoku, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu. Please understand this in advance.
If you are not at home on the day of delivery, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence and return the items. Please contact the address on the notice and ask for instructions for re-delivery.
